Pet Policy:

• Each pet is an additional $25/mo per pet  (maximum 2 pets)
• Some breeds of dogs not allowed; Rottweilers, Pitbulls, Doberman, German Shephard, Great Dane, Sharpei, Wolfdog, Chow to name a few.

LEASE POLICY:

• Senior Units: Require one person to be age 55 or older
• One year lease with a month to month extension
• Security Deposit is equal to the monthly rent
